We then examine aspects that are relevant for all children and adolescents in relation to this competence, regardless of their age. After that, we focus on the first septennium, the grade school years, and the secondary school years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"823\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">At various points, we consider the extent to which digital media may influence the development of these competences.
