Projectgroup leadership – who we are

We’d like to briefly introduce ourselves as members of the project group that has initiated and is responsible for setting up and  moderating this online course “Learning-journey-leadership”. (listed in alphabetical order)

Arnout De Meyere – leader of the Flemish guidance service of the Federatie Steinerscholen Vlaanderen, teacher trainer

Klaas IJkema – Consultant for organizational development en leadership at IMO (het-imo.net). Key concept of IMO is ‘horizontal leadership’, based on the image of an organization as the expression of the human soul.

Hans Passanier – Consultant for BVS-schooladvies and IMO, teacher trainer.

Elard Pijnaken – Director of BVS-schooladvies (Dutch guidance of Waldorf Schools), teacher trainer.

Martyn Rawson – Waldorf teacher, co-founder of York Steiner School in 1979, teacher trainer nationally and internationally, Honorary Professor at the National Tsinghua University in Taiwan, currently involved in a UNICEF project on Measuring What Matters.

Ulrike Sievers – Waldorf teacher (English and biology), school leader, teacher trainer, founder of elewa-eLearningWaldorf e.V.

Sietske van Poelgeest – teacher, school leader, now working for pedagogical guidance service Flanders

Margareta Van Raemdonck – President  of the European Council for Steiner Waldorfeducation, teacher trainer, member of elewa.
