Some general information about the idea of the course and tools for collegial learning

Mandates and delegations are important aspects of leadership that will be explored during our first video meeting on September 23rd.

Children, parents and teachers are the three coulmns of the school organism. In the meeting on October 15th we are going to explore the topic of participation of parents and pupils in decision making in Waldorf/Steiner schools.

Leadership can be understood and realized in various ways. We will investigate which leadership styles are appropriate to answer the challenges of our times.

The quality of Waldorf pedagogy depends to a great extend on the professional education on teachers. Hence, caring for teacher education can be seen as an important aspect of school governance.
