Since we trust that you have worked on the first part of the elwa course 'Sustainable language teaching and learning' before starting this course, we won't explain our understanding of foreign language teaching and learning again. Neither will we introduce the different tools of teacher learning again, since we have already done so quite thoroughly in the previous part. However, we will give all participants the chance to introduce themselves and to get into touch with other colleagues. Moreoever we will include an overview of both parts of the course for all of you to remember what you have read and heard about in part 1.

It definitely rings true that you have to talk about copywrite and plagerism with your students! In fact, unfortunately I’ve had four incidents this very term. So it is certainly an issue that needs addressing, I think the reason why students tend to do it are towfold: first and foremost it is easier then getting juicy and come up with something yourself, but also some are not aware that plagerism is a thing. So I will educate them at length next term to avoid further incidents.
May I ask what the articles the students write are about? Does it have to do with what goes on in their school or neighbourhood or do they gather information from different sources and present them in an article about a certain topic?
