At the school I work in Brazil we are trying to send activities such as rythim or games or simple exercises written by hand so parents can use it as a source of research to give to the elementary school students from classes 1 up to 6. Seems like most families are not handling well with it many times we don’t have answers.
We are currently preparing remote learning with digital technology in Melbourne, Australia, for the coming term after Easter weekend. We haven’t plunged into it; we have three weeks to prepare. Class teachers’ work/ lessons will be the core, but we are planning to include music, languages, craft (handwork), etc. It’s all untested. We will need to make a lot of adjustments and attention to individual circumstances as we go along… Class teachers will be using Zoom for synchronous learning and Seesaw will be used to upload various tasks including specialist subjects as asynchronous learning components.
Hello. Here in Rm. Valcea, Romania, we used the Google PLatform G Suite in 2020-2021. We used a lot of video classes and it worked somehow good. Even though I am a Waldorf teacher and I thought the online classes would be difficult to be hold, the children had a good vibe and so did I, so everything was ok.
