Education does not take place behind closed doors, and learning is a social process.Â
That is why we believe that collegial exchange plays a central role in the professional learning of educators: trying out new things together; discussing teaching situations with colleagues; exchanging experiences and practical examples; examining topics from different perspectives and thereby broadening one’s horizons beyond one’s own everyday professional life.
Opportunities for this are available in online dialogues on specific topics, in online study groups, in course-accompanying online meetings, in self-organized collegial groups—online or in person—or in live workshops. We are constantly changing the formats and adapting them to the needs of the participants, as well as developing new formats.
If you also have ideas for stimulating collegial exchange, then get in touch and participate in weaving our network. The exchange between people who develop offers for others is also the key for a holistic education culture!
"The community circle meetings were really enriching, we managed to meet online almost every week and it became a place where we could talk openly about our problems and find support and help."
"The 'Online Dialogue Media Pedagogy' always focused on content and teaching, never on technology – the participants were there to learn (curious and motivated). What I saw makes me want more!"
"Through the online exchange via elewa, I have the opportunity to easily and conveniently connect with many different colleagues, even across regions or from abroad. I gladly incorporate the suggestions I receive into my lessons to make them more engaging and creative. The results speak for themselves!"
