I really appreciate the insight Christiane Niemeyer is giving us about her newspaper block. These three interviews give a clear impression how a block in the upper class can be handled. A very impressive outlook on working with young adults who often do not even read analogue newspapers anymore. Thanks a lot for sharing!
Thank you for the introduction to this very inspirational project. I wonder, however, whether it would be possible to let the students correct their work among themselves, so it would be less teacher-oriented and the teacher wouldn’t have to take on the role of the”correction factory”, as Christiane put it.
Could a project like this be done in lower classes on a smaller scale? I imagine a four page newspaper with larger pictures and articles about whatever the respective groups wants to inform the reader about could work in class 7 or 8.
Thank you for sharing and giving a detailed overview of a newspaper block in class 11. What will definitely stay in my mind is the following piece of advice: it’s good to make the aim of the block clear to the students, which is to learn how to write an article, so that they can bear this aim in mind and follow it from the very begining.

Thank you very much for sharing the ideas around this project.
Will certainly keep it in mind until I will start teaching actively!
